We could not host a first-rate sale without the help of our team members! We have a dedicated team that makes sure our sale runs smoothly.
We have three exciting levels to choose from! ROCKSTAR Team Members sign up for two 4-hour shifts and shop our exclusive pre-sale first, before anyone else! 10am-12noon on Friday, April 26th.
Team Members who work at least one 4-hour shift shop next starting at 12noon also on Friday, April 26th.
Consignors shop next! Friday, April 26th, 1-3PM. No appointment needed.
For first dibs on inventory, Sign up now for a volunteer shift of your choice in our software system. Sign up to work with your mom or a friend and make it a night out. Team members are incredibly important to our sale. We could not do this without them. We have many opportunities for everyone.
- Help organize and set up the sales floor/racks
- Check in items during drop-off
- Inspect clothing items on racks
- Sales assistance on the floor
- Scanning at check out
- Men needed for sale set up and break down
- Verify items during pick up

Team members will be refunded the registration fee AFTER the shift(s) are completed. If you do not show for the shift without contacting us in advance, we will not refund your consignor fee. You also will not be allowed to work again at future events.

Please thoughtfully consider the commitment before requesting a shift.
To shop the pre-sale you must work a four-hour shift. These shifts can fall on the same day or different days.
Team members are not permitted to bring children to their scheduled shift. Thank you for your understanding.
If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance of your shift. Team members who do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of their shift will not be allowed to work future events. This is a well organized event and we need our team members to be on time and ready to work when they sign up so please don’t sign up unless you have child care lined up for your little ones.
